Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Torrance, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

This place blew me away! The food’s incredible-every bite was fresh, flavorful perfection. Service? Couldn’t ask for better; staff was warm, attentive, never hovering. Those views though… absolutely stunning, like dining in a postcard! Will be back soon for sure. Five stars across the board! Felt like a place off Nimitz A16

Food: my party ordered furikake chicken, garlic shrimps, Korean fried chicken and Kalbi ribs. Everything came out delicious and flavorful. Their poke was salty and not as fresh like I want it to be. Service: friendly cashier and hardworking staff. We went during Father's Day weekend so the wait was 1hr+ for our food. Atmosphere: relaxing and chill vibe with live music outside.

I love Aunty’s, every time I come I order food for there and food to go. If you can try going on Saturday for live music. This is the best comfort food than you have to have at least once a month. For me I know if I’m traveling anywhere and come back home Aunty’s is my go to choice when I get back. Probably the best Mac salad and closest to the islands that you’ll get being here in SoCal

Definitely not 5 Stars. You have to be careful of to many 5 star rewiews.. The katsu chicken was ok. Not sure why the lady charged me $3 extra opting out rice and go with the macaroni and veggies:-( turned out bunch of lettuce tossed with one cocktail tomato and sweet potato.. Insane to charge extra... Also it's for here notice the amount of plastic used everything is in separate plastic container and dishes. Will definitely not be back alone for that.. The service was super nice. Try Enclave next door. Specially the salad place will give you a lot ahi tuna qualify and many veggies packed up in paper box environmental friendly.. Plus you have other options there and beautiful Gardens!!!

First timer here, decided to try the hamburger steak with gravy. I substituted one scoop of rice for an extra mac because I usually dont eat that much rice but I wish I just got the regular 2 scoops of rice because it really balances out the gravy’s saltiness. Still delicious nonetheless though; I like how the onions were still crunchy; adds good texture to the bite with the charred hamburger and sautΓ©ed mushrooms. The staff is great too, they have such high spirits and energyβ€”love it. Lively atmosphere; I like the islander aesthetic the place brings. Will definitely be back to try more! The garlic shrimp looked really good and will be next on my hit-list here.
